 Brief introduction |
 There are five types of dust remover: pelletizing professional dust remover, sintering professional dust remover, CDQ professional dust remover, Electrostatic precipitator and Fabric filters. Among them, the professional dust remover is developed and manufactured by ourselves. By the good-using of about two years, we have made big success and gathered many item of national monopoly. We have achieved the international leading level and the product has been exported to overseas such as Japan, Indian and other countries. This product has many characters such as high dust removal efficiency, small volume, dismountable, thermostable, less loss of heat lowly and so on. Moreover further, it can work stable in the condition of high temperature, high pressure, high potency and hard dust environment with longer service life. This equipment has widely applied to the metallurgy pelletizing production line, and there are more than 100 dust removers in the investment use in recent years the market share have reached above 95%. |

The new professional dust remover for the 5 million tons/year palletizing of Wu Steel is used in October, 2005. After a year, the air blower rotor is still good, has not appeared the serious attrited phenomenon. In June, 2006 Wu Steel arranged the authoritative organization to examine our product, the dust removal efficiency of the HN-QT3-500 dust remover can achieve 96.5%.
