technical principle |
| Three-phase fluid bed dust removal desulphurization device, has used the liquid state technology and specially makes the nozzle, greatly enhanced the gas - liquid contacte area and the gas – liquid transfer factor, has high dust removal rate and high desulphurization rate. After the dust with the sulphur dioxide haze enter into the circle tubular vessel, from bootom to top enters the padding level and the fluidization padding, simultaneously the alkalinity sprays the fluid to spray down above the padding, forms the three-phase fluid bed. Complete the dust removal and the sweetening process in the fluid bed level, after the dust removal desulphurization haze enters the smoke after the demister to say that, the waste water after the dust removal desulphurization, enters the sedimentation pond after the hydraulic packing to circulate using. |
