Rotary Hearth Furnace(RHF)
    Characteristics
The structure of RHF is transplants from the ring-like heating furnace used in the steel rolling. It is already the mature industrial equipment. It is using to refine the metallize pelletizing, only made changes in feeding raw material, product new material and the burning system, its furnace structure and rotating device are basically the same. In the furnace, It has ring-like chamber and rotate-able bottom, thus names Rotary Hearth Furnace(RHF). Its raw material is the hard powdered ore and the carbon palletizing made by the powdered coal. The raw materials are added into the furnace at the sequence of preparing, mixing, balling and drying. The temperature in the chamber heated to 1350℃, in such high temperature, during the rotating of the bottom for one cycle, hard powdered ore are reduced by carbon, generate the metallize pelletizing, and lastly transported outside from the furnace by the spiral conveyer to supply the electric stove after cooling

    structure character
RHF is made up by ring-like chamber, rotate-able bottom, burning & heating device, feeding machine, transport machine and other several major parts. The character of each part is below:
Ring-like chamber: mainly made by the shell, furnace top, wall and other parts. The shell normally uses the Q235-A material. By using the multilayered low heat conductance wall, the intensity of outer covering steel structure is effectively protected. The wall is built by many kinds of standard brick and other brick.
Rotate-able furnace bottom: mainly made by the furnace bottom, blocking, centering divide, driver and other major parts. Considered the furnace bottom high temperature load-bearing working condition, as well as in the rotation process comes under the influence which the high low temperature changes in turn, therefore, the material of the furnace bottom must be anti- high temperature, anti- oxidation, wear-resisting and anti-anxious codling or heating, also using the bricks structure to guarantee the usage of the furnace bottom. In order to achieve the bottom rotate nimbly, the hoop strut is used. The ring-like axle circle fixed to the furnace bottom, the hoop installs underneath the track in the foundation. Because in the furnace bottom rotation process, the seam gap between the furnace bottom and the wall must be guaranteed, the centering divide is used to ensure the accurate of center divide. As the character of the heavy furnace bottom with huge structure, many hydraulic ram continual transmission organization are used, which are compact organized, simple structure, rotating steady and so on.
Burning and heating devices: using the coal gas as the fuel, during the entire work process, mainly depends upon the furnace top certain flat flame burner nozzles and the spandrel wall flat flame burner nozzle to heat up. Simultaneously by using the entire hot blast system backup-heat to heat upthe preheat part. During entire thermal process, the material ball react in the reduction zone, produces the high grade metallzing pelletizing.
Feeding machine: has selected the vibration feeding. This machine has the characters of simple structure; convenient maintenance and material arrange even and expect the level thickness. By the stable material arrange system, the pellet are heated evenly, and reacted completely.
Material-transport machine: As working under the high temperature, it must be anti-high temperature and wear-resisting, so that the material must be anti-high temperature and wear-resisting. Simultaneously designed the water cooling structure, effective reduced the organism temperature, guarantee the normal work material-transport machine
