Jiangsu Xinhuaneng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. independently researches, designs, manufactures and installs high-temperature, high-efficiency multi-tube dust collectors that are widely applied in Grate-kiln pelletizing systems;Flue Gas Re-circulation & Waste Heat Recovery Dedusting System for Sintering Plants and High-Temperature Dedusting System for Rotary Hearth Furnace Processes.

QT11 High-Temperature Deduster for Sintering & Pelletizing is the sixth-generation dedicated dust collector for sintering and pelletizing developed by our company based on the original patented technology and combined with advanced foreign technologies through continuous experiments and improvements.

After more than two decades of practical application, it has achieved excellent results, obtained multiple national patents, reached the international leading level, and been exported to Japan, India, Vietnam, Brazil, Venezuela and other countries. CDQ (Coke Dry Quenching) Dedicated Secondary Dust Collector

In 2002, in accordance with the relevant policies of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) for promoting energy-saving and environmentally friendly coke dry quenching (CDQ) projects, the company actively collaborated with relevant design institutes to develop an explosion-proof secondary dust collector specifically for Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) systems. This innovation combines advanced international CDQ technologies with tailored solutions to address the unique challenges of coke powder, including these key Features: high dust concentration; irregular particle size distribution (from fine powder to coarse granules);sharp-edged abrasive particles; explosive risks.This system was first successfully implemented at Wuhan Iron & Steel (WISCO) Coking Plant's inaugural Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) project. It has now been operating continuously for nearly 20 years without any failures, demonstrating exceptional stability and performance on par with Japanese-made equivalents.In the meantime, since 2005, our company has successfully exported equipment to leading international steelmakers, including: Nippon Steel(Japan) , JFE Steel(Japan);Tata Steel(India), JSW Steel(India), BSL Ltd(India)This demonstrates our proven design and manufacturing capabilities for export-grade products, with field performance receiving unanimous approval from all international clients. In 2015, Jiangsu Xinhuaneng introduced the ultra-low emission electrostatic precipitation patented technology from Furukawa Plant & Facility Co., Ltd. (including both dry & wet plate-type and dry filtration-type systems).In 2018, company entered into a strategic partnership with Japan's Furukawa to establish a joint venture - Furukawa Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for the localization of imported technologies and market expansion. Emission StandardsTwo-field ESP: <20 mg/Nm³, Three-field ESP: <10 mg/Nm³ Four-field ESP: <5 mg/Nm³.

Dual-stage High-efficiency Wet Scrubber System

In 2022, Jiangsu Xinhuaneng supported Baowu Steel Group's Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. in its Environmental Protection Grade-A Initiative by supplying seven new dual-stage vertical high-efficiency wet scrubber systems for Maanshan Steel's No.4 Steelmaking & Rolling Plant. These systems were installed across multiple critical areas:Slag Granulation Line ;Slag Processing Line C ;Atmospheric Hot-Steam Treatment ;Unloading Platform;Cooling Yard.

Jiangsu Xinhuaneng has also introduced patented technology from Japan's Furukawa Company to supply horizontal wet electrostatic precipitators (WESPs) for slab continuous casting flame cleaning machines. These systems achieve an outlet emission concentration of ≤5mg/m³ and have been successfully implemented in:Baosteel No.1 Steelmaking Plant;Qiansteel No.1 Steelmaking Plant; Shougang Jingtang Steelmaking Project.

Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification EPC Turnkey Project

The company collaborates with multiple domestic universities in industry-academia-research partnerships and undertakes flue gas desulfurization and denitrification projects for sintering pellets and gas power generation.Currently, our products have been selected by domestic clients such as: Laigang Lunan Mining (Shandong);Bensteel Refractories (Liaoning);Inner Mongolia Shuangli Mining;Wuhu Zeqian Mining (Anhui);Benxi Xinyu Furnace Charge (Liaoning);Panzhihua Shuigang;Hongfa (Sichuan);Shanxi Xinyou Pelletizing;Shougang Changzhi Gas Dual-Super Power Generation (Shanxi).After being put into operation, all operational indicators have remained below the designed emission limits, earning consistent praise from clients.



Grate-Kiln System Iron Oxide Pelletizing EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction)

As a full-service provider of grate-kiln pelletizing production lines—encompassing engineering construction, design management, and complete equipment supply—our company has achieved technological breakthroughs in key oxidation pelletizing processes and core equipment. We have optimized critical process controls and enhanced the operational adaptability of major equipment, with particular emphasis on advanced yet practical process refinements.Till now, we have successfully delivered EPC projects including: Inner Mongolia Shuangli Mining's 600,000 t/a high-sulfur ore oxidation pelletizing line; Anhui Zeqian Mining's 600,000 t/a oxidation pelletizing line; Shaanxi Zhashui Jinzheng Mining's 600,000 t/a pelletizing line. All systems demonstrate stable operation and have received unanimous recognition from clients.


Production and Processing of Heat-Resistant & Wear-Resistant Castings

The company's Qingyang production base in Anhui has an annual casting capacity of 8,000 tons.The facility is equipped with:three 0.75-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces;two fully automated pouring lines;one fully automated hot-box core shooter molding line. In addition to meeting the demand for heat-resistant and wear-resistant castings for its own products, the facility also undertakes custom casting orders for various industries, including dry quenching wear-resistant liners and other specialized components.
